Holiday Trans Clothing Exchange

So many in the trans community are financially unable to afford even basic clothing expenses. Being able to trade/exchange/give away our clothing with others in need would be an awesome Christmas present for many.

This would include transwomen who still have their old men's clothing (which would be helpful for the transmen) as well as they may have female clothing, wigs, etc. they are willing to part with. Transmen may have old binders they don't need anymore as well as other clothing items they'd like to find a new home for.

Clean out your closet!

Bring in your unwanted (clean and in decent condition) clothes and accessories and swap, donate or get new-to-you clothes. (Allies are free to donate clothes to the trans community too!)

Especially useful are men's clothes in small and/or short sizes, and women's clothing in large and/or tall sizes, but all sizes are welcome! Hemming and light tailoring is still less expensive than buying new.

Men - leftover filly shirts from your mom that you wouldn't be caught dead in? Women - how about that men's sweater or jacket hanging in your closet that you know you'll never wear again? And if you're just in the mood to have something different, bring your dresses, your wigs, your binders, your jeans and jackets - someone is bound to have a need or desire for them.

It's a free, easy, and fun way to update your wardrobe!

There will even be a room or two for you to try things on.

All trans and allies are welcome. Even if you have nothing to donate - come anyway! If you are in need, don't be shy, just show up and say so.

If you're unable to make it to this event, but have articles of clothing and/or accessories to donate, please contact Andy Loerch at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we'll make arrangements to meet you and pick up your items to share during the Clothing Exchange.
